Corrections

How Mari Health approaches errors, updates, and reader reports — including how to report a possible error — and why correction is part of accountable publishing.

Commitment

Mari Health should make it easy for readers to report possible errors and should correct material mistakes without concealment.

A correction is not a reputational inconvenience. It is part of remaining worthy of trust.

How to report a possible error

Write to support@marimedia.co with what you believe is wrong and, where possible, a link to the specific page. We read every report. We do not promise a specific response time, and a report does not by itself guarantee a change — each report is reviewed against the standard below.

Types of correction

Minor corrections

Spelling, grammar, formatting, or link repairs that do not change meaning may be fixed without a public correction note.

Material corrections

A factual or interpretive error that could change reader understanding requires prompt correction, an updated date, and a clear correction or update note. Related headlines, summaries, and distribution may also need review.

Safety corrections

An error that may materially affect health or safety requires immediate escalation. Mari Health may temporarily remove content, display a warning, correct and republish, or withdraw the item.

What a correction note should do

A public correction note should name what changed in plain language. It should not bury the change, minimize a material error, or refresh an updated date solely to make older content appear newly reviewed.
