Agreement to these Terms

Mari Health is an educational health publication from Mari Media. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Mari Media is responsible for this website. These Terms are owner-reviewed operating terms. They are not a claim of universal enforceability, and they do not say that Mari Media is incorporated in any particular place.

Educational purpose

Mari Health publishes general health information for learning and context. It is informational and educational. It is not a medical practice, clinic, pharmacy, or emergency service.

No medical care or professional relationship

Nothing on Mari Health is a medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or individualized care plan. Reading Mari Health, emailing Mari Media, or using any later Newsletter does not create a clinician-patient or other professional relationship.

You remain responsible for decisions about your own health. For personal medical questions, speak with a qualified healthcare professional who can consider your situation.

Emergencies

If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. Do not use Mari Health or email Mari Media instead of emergency care.

Permitted use

You may read Mari Health, share a link to a page, and quote short passages in the ordinary way readers cite published work, with attribution.

You may not:

• try to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or other readers;
• scrape or republish Mari Health content at scale without permission;
• use Mari Health content to train or supply a competing product without permission;
• misrepresent Mari Health’s content, authorship, or review status;
• use the site to send unlawful, harmful, or misleading communications.

Editorial independence and commercial relationships

Mari Health’s editorial judgments are intended to stay independent of advertisers, affiliates, and partners. Where a commercial or affiliate relationship exists, it is disclosed as described in the Affiliate Disclosure. Those relationships do not turn educational articles into personalized medical advice, and they do not authorize paid subscriptions or clinical services through this site.

External links and third-party services

Mari Health may link to sources, event organizers, or other websites. Mari Media does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices once you leave this site.

Intellectual property

Original text on Mari Health, and the selection and arrangement of material, belongs to Mari Media unless a page says otherwise. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.

Availability and accuracy

Mari Health is provided on an as-available basis. Mari Media does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, complete, current for every reader’s situation, or free of errors. Health evidence changes, and pages may be updated, corrected, or withdrawn.

To the extent applicable law allows, Mari Health and related materials are provided as an educational publication without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular personal medical purpose, or error-free content. These Terms are written for an English-language publication intended primarily for readers in the United States and Canada. Laws that protect consumers, or that cannot legally be limited by website terms, still apply to you. Mari Media does not require you to bring a claim in an exclusive foreign court.
